One sexual abuse case has led to the arrest of three men. According to the Washington County Communications Office, on Sunday three men were arrested and all three went back to the same case of child sexual abuse that was reported June 5, 2017 in Washington County. According to court records, the incident happened June 4, 2017.

At 9:41 a.m. Sunday officers in New Sharon arrested 28-year-old Ryan Craig Montgomery on a Washington County warrant for sexual abuse in the second degree. At 10:24 a.m. officers in Oskaloosa arrested 21-year-old Lucas Benjamin Anderson of Rose Hill for sexual abuse in the second degree. And at 12:28 p.m. deputies in Oskaloosa arrested 21-year-old Parker Jay Davis of New Sharon for sexual abuse in the second degree.

Sexual abuse in the second degree is a class B felony. All three men are being held on $25,000 bond each in the Washington County Jail. Preliminary hearings have been set for June 18th.
