A Wisconsin man was recently arrested on a Washington County warrant in Madison.

According to the Washington County Communications Center, a Washington County Sheriff’s deputy arrested 25-year-old Clarence Ernest Bell, Jr. of West Allis, Wisconsin at about 3:45 a.m. Sunday morning. Bell is facing charges of two counts of a controlled substance violation, and one count of failure to affix a drug stamp. Bell was held by the Dane County Jail on a $15,300 cash-only bond.
