Temperatures dipped down to 32 degrees in Washington on Friday morning. The National Weather Service states that across eastern Iowa, below freezing temperatures are possible Sunday night and Monday night, “likely resulting in the end of the growing season for areas that have not received a killing freeze.” Also, below normal temperatures and chances for rain will be seen early next week with storm systems bringing rain to the region.
