Nearly 100 vendors will set up for the 31st Annual Craft Fair in downtown Washington on Saturday. Each fall the Washington Chamber of Commerce organizes the event in Central Park.

Event Coordinator Alisha Davis says there will be a variety of items for people to browse, “It just seems like we keep getting more and more crafts and furniture vendors, and clothing, jewelry, and kids’ items. We have just an assortment. And we have some artwork that will be available. A lot of baked goods and things like that, like Amish jams. I mean this would be a great time to get any holiday gifts, or Christmas gifts, and birthday gifts for family members. I think there’s going to be a lot of unique and handmade items.” There will also be six food vendors on site.

Davis says to help people social distance the booths have been spread out with 10 feet of distance between them and there will be some on the perimeter of the park. Masks are not required for those attending, but they are encouraged.

The craft fair will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Saturday in Central Park.

UPDATE: The time for the fair has changed as of 10:30 a.m. Friday and it will operate from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday (9/12).
