Celebration of life services for 91-year-old Frances E. McGaffey will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday (11/30) at the Faith Baptist Church in Washington. Calling hours will begin 3:00 p.m. Friday (11/29) at the Faith Baptist Church where the family will receive friends from 4:00 until 7:00p.m. Private family interment will take place at the Wassonville Cemetery in Wellman. Memorials have been established for the First Baptist Church in Wellman or the East Iowa Bible Camp.
