Mid-Prairie senior Brad Tornow wrapped up a stellar career under center for the Golden Hawks last week in a 77-13 win over Albia. In two plus years of starting at quarterback for the Hawks he compiled impressive numbers that put him in the top 10 in school history in three different categories. Tornow stands at fifth all-time in career completions with 137. His top game for completions was 13 against Grinnell on the road in 2018. Tornow is seventh on the all-time passing yards list with 2,044. His best game was 165 yards in a 2018 loss to Grinnell. Tornow is also ninth on the all-time list with 13 career passing touchdowns. Mid-Prairie ended the 2019 season with a 6-3 overall record.
