The Columbus Wildcat boys soccer team opens the postseason Monday with a road trip to Prince of Peace.
Columbus stands at 7-7 on the year after a 3-2 win over Mediapolis in their regular season finale Friday. On the year the Wildcats are led by Felix Solis and Kevin Rodriguez each with 10 goals scored. Solis has the team lead with seven assists. In goal, Keagan Atkinson has made 47 saves.
Prince of Peace has an overall record of 2-8. The Irish lost to 6-1 to Bellevue Marquette Catholic in their final match of the regular season. On the year Prince of Peace is led by Payton Schnier with five goals, Conner Williams with five assists and Kory Koch with 56 saves. Action begins at 7p.m. at the St. Vincent Athletic Complex in Clinton.
