On Friday, law enforcement helped control traffic and direct cyclists to the square, they also dealt with a bus that side-swiped a car and a report of a stolen bicycle.
Between Friday evening and early Saturday morning seven people were arrested in Washington for public intoxication. One person was arrested for operating while intoxicated shortly after 2 a.m. Saturday – 33-year-old Jessie Spenner of Muscatine.
