A three-vehicle accident happened just after 11 a.m. in Washington Wednesday. Emergency crews were called to the intersection of Highway 1 and Lexington Boulevard for the wreck, which was blocking the southbound lane of the highway. The three drivers involved were 63-year-old Lucas Roger of Crawfordsville, 32-year-old Jerica Miller of Muscatine, and Carol Hough of West Chester. The front bumper of the minivan involved was off and front end damage could be seen on one pick up truck. One vehicle was towed from the scene. Miller was cited for failure to obey a traffic control device. Washington County Sheriff’s personnel and Washington Police Department responded to the scene.
