Severe weather rolled through southeast Iowa Wednesday evening and the KCII Severe Weather Action Team brought live coverage of the events. A severe thunderstorm warning was issued for portions of Jefferson, Henry and Washington counties from 3:35 p.m. to 4 p.m. Wednesday afternoon. Lightning, heavy rain, strong winds and nickel sized hail were reported. Wind gusts at the Washington Municipal Airport reached 52 miles per hour at 4:55 p.m.
