This week in Mid-Prairie sports the Mid-Prairie girls’ and boys’ basketball teams will be home Tuesday night to play non-conference opponent the Monticello Panthers. The game will tip off at 6 p.m. and you can catch that game live here on KCII starting with the Washington Hy-Vee Pregame Show at 5:45 p.m. on AM 1380, FM 102.5 and on KCIIradio.com.
On Friday the Mid-Prairie boys’ and girls’ basketball teams will resume conference play as they travel to Wilton to take on the Beavers. The game will tip off at 6 p.m. starting with the girls’ game.
The Mid-Prairie wrestling team will be traveling to Benton for the sectionals meet. There will be six teams in the meet. Teams that place at least second in sectionals move on to regionals. Individuals that get at least second place in their weight class will go to districts. It’ll begin at 10 a.m. at Benton Community High School.
