A two vehicle accident occurred in Washington near Fareway yesterday morning. At the intersection of West 3rd and South Avenue B, at approximately 9:50 a.m., a car operated by Jared Schneider of Wellman and a van operated by Kenneth Kucera of Riverside collided. No injuries were reported but damage to the vehicles is over $1,500. Kucera was cited for failure to yield from a stop sign.
