The IMS cross country team ran at the English Valley Invite last night, and came out with a sixth place for the boys, and the girls did not have enough runners so did not place.

Renee Buckwalter was the girls leading runner, finishing 17th with a time of 19:27, while Riley Schmieder was 18th with the same time.

Summer Schrock finished 51st for the girls and Alvard Mamikonyan finished 52nd.

Lone Tree won the meet with a score of 53 and Mid-Prairie was second with a score of 68.

On the boy’s side, Cody Miller led the way finishing 6th with a time of 18:58, while Kirby Shetler finished 11th with a time of 19:18. Other scorers were Jacob Valov in 35th, Jacob Schmieder in 46th and Kobi Russom in 52nd.

Highland won the meet with 53 points, Mid-Prairie was second with 55, Sigourney was fourth with 112, IMS was sixth with 150, and Lone Tree was seventh with 193.
