The autopsy for a woman who drowned in Fairfield has been released. Jesse Harl drowned at Water Works Park on July 13th this year. The autopsy report was released yesterday and it has been determined that the cause of death was an accidental drowning. The autopsy was performed by the Iowa Department of Public Health and the Office of the State Medical Examiner the day after on July 14th. All other information relating to the case is confidential under Iowa law.
