The Washington Demons are in action tonight as both the girls and boys square off against the Mid Prairie Golden Hawks. Both boys’ teams will kick off their season tonight, just like last year, although the Demons will be hoping for a better outcome. Mid Prairie took home a 64-45 win.
The Washington girls look to improve to 2-0 after getting their season underway last week with a 63-56 win over Eddyville-Blakesburg. The Golden Hawks will open their season tonight, returning their top nine scorers, all juniors this season, as they look to improve on a 7-15 campaign last year.
