4-H’ers involved in the Single Source Commercial Swine Class and any 4-H’ers beginning in the Swine project area are encouraged to attend the “Know Your Swine” workshop Thursday, March 7, 5:45 p.m. at the Washington County Extension Office. This is an introductory meeting to the Swine Project. Department superintendents, Washington County Pork Producers and 4-H senior swine showman will discuss early care management, facilities and equipment, feeding, bio-security issues, showmanship tips and more.
