Saturday, February 1st the Highland Fine Arts Department is hosting a chili cookoff and bingo night at the Riverside VFW Post 6414 from 5:30-8p.m. All are welcome to attend and enter their chili in the contest at no cost. Cost to taste, judge and sample is a free will donation. Bingo begins at 6p.m. At $1 per car. The VFW bar will be open. All proceeds benefit the Highland Fine Arts Programs.
