A Riverside man was arrested on Monday on a felony warrant out of Louisa County.
The Washington County Sheriff’s Office arrested 43-year-old Jared Foster of Riverside on a no contact order violation, and dominion control of a firearm, a class D felony. According to court records, two shotguns, one glock pistol and thousands of rounds of ammunition were found at Foster’s residence during an eviction process.
A previous life-long no contact order issued in 2011 in Johnson County barred Foster from owning firearms for life.
Bond was set at $5,000, and Foster was transported to the county line to Louisa County deputies. His preliminary hearing has been set for May 11th.
