Highland and WACO met with Danville for a girls’ golf triangular on Thursday at Blue Top Ridge Golf Course in Riverside.

The Huskies were the champions for the day, posting a score of 214. Highland golfers contributing to that score include overall champion Emersyn Schultz, who led the field with a 44, Adisyn Prottsman at 48, Joslyn Prottsman at 58, and Autumn Guseman at 63. Other Huskies included Mackenzie Davis at 68 and Cassidy Duster at 72.

WACO didn’t receive a team score, as the Warriors fielded only three golfers. Reece Roth posted a team-high 51, Morgan Meyer scored a 59, and Emily Rinner scored a 78.

Danville posted a team score of 292, taking second place.
