A Washington man’s trial for an aggravated misdemeanor charge after a reckless driving incident has been continued again. 

Kevin Pape was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon after allegedly intentionally driving his car into a truck on Highway 1. The incident happened on August 10th. According to the Washington County Sheriff’s Office, the collision occurred in the 2700 block of Highway 1, about three miles south of Washington. Authorities charged 28-year-old Pape with assault with a dangerous weapon vehicle without injury, careless driving, and reckless driving. 

Pape’s pre-trial conference had been scheduled for February 11th at the Washington County Courthouse, his new pre-trial conference is now scheduled for April 15th. Pape has plead not guilty.
