The Farm to Film Festival held in Washington was the recipient of a grant from the Washington County Riverboat Foundation during their fall grant awards. 

The organization was awarded a $1,400 grant that will fund upgrades for the organization, including improved signage and a new computer. 

The Farm to Film Fest celebrates the diverse talents of filmmakers everywhere. The event celebrates Iowa, and the programming showcases diverse, high-quality cinema, including comedy and action, to animation and social commentary submitted by filmmakers from all over the world.

The 4th annual Farm to Film fest is scheduled for April 18th and 19th at a variety of venues in downtown Washington.
