What a way to start a new season for the Washington Demon bowling team! You might say, it was perfect. Washington started the year battering the Burlington Grayhounds at FunCity 2806-2386. The highlight of the day was sophomore Mitchell Zieglowsky reaching perfection. In the first of his two-game series he made it to the mountaintop with a 300. He would finish with the highest Demon series score at 483. He was followed by freshman Kaeden Zear at 419 with a high game 216, Cooper Zahs with a 373 and high game 191, Kelton Burke with a 357 and 188 high game, Mason Pierce with a 298 and 161 high game and Landen Hawkins with a 223 and 146 high game. The Demons won the series competition 1930-1669 and Bakers 876-717.
The Demons are 1-0 and travel to Flamingo Lanes in Fairfield for a triangular Monday.
