Welcome To Riverside
The Riverside City Council is set to meet on Monday, with the closure of the Cherry Lane extension project to be a main topic of discussion.
The council will hear updates on several ongoing projects. That includes considering a change order and pay application that would close out the project, which aimed to improve traffic flow near Riverside Elementary School. The $2,000 increase on this final change order is due to watering costs with resodding during dry weather, which would bring the total project cost to $251,846.57.
The council will also be asked to approve a plat that would combine two parcels just northeast of the Highway 218/Highway 22 interchange.
The meeting is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. in the Riverside City Council Chambers.
