This week’s KCII Football Athlete of the Week is Washington Demon linebacker Blaine Rees. The junior leads the Demons in tackles in 2025 and is No. 4 in Class 3A with 73 total stops. He made a team high 12 tackles in Washington’s 45-12 win over Fort Madison at Case Field last week, helping the Demons close out an undefeated home season for 2025. Congratulations Blaine!
