This week, Washington head coach Kelly Williams broke down the keys to a fifth win on the year with KCII Sports.

They’re [Keokuk] going to throw it around,” Williams said. 1,900 (passing) yards and some change. Their sophomore quarterback is doing some really nice things. Going to have to keep him in check. They’re going to make plays. They have some athletes. First and foremost, the offense will have to score some points. Defensively, our D line is going to have to get after their offensive line and just put some pressure on that quarterback just so he doesn’t have time to get comfortable.”

In the Varsity Bound era, Washington leads the all-time series with Keokuk 15-3 dating back to 2008, and have taken eight of the last 10, including last season’s 35-0 shutout.
