
Applications have now opened for the 2025 Wastewater and Drinking Water Treatment Financial Assistance Program, the Iowa Department of Natural Resources announced.
The WTFAP provides grant funding for wastewater and drinking water infrastructure projects for municipalities across the state.
Approximately $8 million in funding is available, with a maximum of $500,000 per community. Any project funded by the program must begin construction by next September.
Applications are due on November 4, award announcements are expected before the end of the calendar year.
