The City of Riverside’s Hall Park pickleball court project is nearing completion, according to the city.

City officials say that the concrete, line painting, and nets have been finished as work is expected to be completed within the next couple of weeks.

The project came following several requests from a community pickleball league.

The original approved project cost was $216,192.67, but a series of change orders has increased the projection to $229,504.77. The project is being funded through a combination of city dollars, private donations, and a Washington County Riverboat Foundation grant.
