The Conger House Museum in Washington will be holding a free vintage toy presentation and display on Sunday. The museum has had the toys on display all summer, and this will be the last opportunity for the public to view them.

Crawfordsville resident David Erwin will present his toy tractor collection, describing the history of the toys. He will also talk about his interest in restoring these antiques, and the process. Then retired veterinarian Terry Mangold, a resident of West Chester will talk about his antique Tonka cattle trucks and trailers, as well as his collection of wooden toy barns, hog houses, and animals. 

The exhibit includes many other antique farm items and information pertaining to early local farms. The presentation will begin at 2 p.m. and is hosted by the Washington County Historical Society, free will donations will be accepted and will go towards the continued operation of the museum. The Conger House museum is located at 903 East Washington Street.
