A Washington man was arrested Wednesday for possession of contraband in a correctional institution, a class D felony.   

The Washington Police Department arrested 35-year-old Victor Olden on the warrant. According to court documents, on August 29th Olden was taken into custody for possession of a controlled substance then transported to the Washington County Jail. 

Cocaine had been allegedly located inside the vehicle Olden was operating. Olden was observed on the in-car camera dropping his phone between his right leg and the door. Olden was observed on video trying to get something out of his sock or shoe. He then pulled a small plastic baggie with a white substance out of his shoe and then put it into his mouth. Olden was later seen tossing something into the toilet in his holding cell after removing it from his pocket. 

A trial date has yet to be set.
