There’s no off-season for Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk athletes. The Hawks clocked in this summer to work hard in the weight room. According to the district, an average of 102 students per day, participated this summer. Fifty different students had 90% or better attendance during break, 63 were part of weight clubs, a new school record, and 39 athletes reached a new level. The three levels of Mid-Prairie strength and conditioning clubs are the Golden Hawk top level which included Kaden Kos, Mac Yoder, Oliver Miller, Ryan Henry, Sophie Miller and Tommy Miller.

The second level Black Hawk club included Ashton Townsend, Brooklyn Schneider, Carson Humphrey, Damian Vazquez, Harper Pacha, Josh Turner, Max Kipp, Morgyn Bender, Travis Shenk, Austin Capps, Brooks Weber, Cecil Kelley, Ellie Callahan, Hudson Ehrenfelt, Keatyn Myers, Maya Banuelos, Peyton Fox, Tristan Koller, Bronx Miller, Caedyn Huston, Cyris Christner, Griffin Kipp, Jack Sorrell, Lenox Miller, Morgan Northup, Quincy Duvall, and Will Snider.

The Iron Hawk Club includes Abby Jackson, Gabby Geno, Hunter Capps, Jayce Gillam, Kale Miller, Kylar Kiefer, Leyton Meyerholtz, Nolan Jergens, Stephanie Parks, Theo Molczyk, Conner O’Rourke, Gavin Luers, Isaiah Luers, Jon Kinsinger, Kendrick Kos, Lana Schweitzer, Logan Westphal, Oliver Feltes, Sutton Bailey, Ty Huber, Eva Marnin, Harvey Bunting, Jaxson Gingerich, Jordan Traetow, Kyla Bobbitt, Laurin Fay, Nalia Naraine, Olivia Swartzentruber, Tandon Shalla and Will Grier.

Jeff Swartzentruber and Performance Therapies are contracted by the district to operate the strength and conditioning program.
