A discussion on a right-of-way for Brava Roof Tile for a truck staging line is on the agenda for the Washington City Council this evening. Brava has been working with City Administrator Joe Gaa to mitigate the issues that have been occurring with traffic on South 9th Avenue. 

Also on the agenda is the approval of the final plat and a subdivision agreement for the Havel Subdivision. The subdivision will be located between 4th and 6th Avenues, on the north side of Washington. A preliminary plat was approved by the Council in April. The final plat was approved by the Planning and Zoning Commission at their April meeting. City staff has worked with the developer on the terms of a subdivision agreement. There will be 23 lots available in this residential subdivision for single-family homes.
