Crews responded to a structure fire near Wayland on Monday.

At approximately 12:26 p.m., the Wayland Volunteer Fire Department responded to a hog shed on fire on Franklin Avenue just outside of Wayland. Three trucks responded to the scene and extinguished the flames in approximately 15 minutes. No injuries have been reported in relation to the fire.

The Wayland Police Department and the Henry County Sheriff’s Office also responded to the scene.
