Riverside residents will now be able to pay their utility bills over the phone.

Effective immediately, residents can call (319) 349-2525 to pay their bill. They must have the amount due and their account number available to complete the payment.

The new payment option, announced on Thursday, July 17, is in addition to the current online system which Riverside residents can currently access via the City’s website.
