A memorial service for 101-year-old Patricia Claire “Pat” Minneman of Washington will be at 2p.m. Tuesday, July 22nd at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Washington. Interment will follow at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Memorials have been established for the United Methodist Church in Washington, YMCA of Washington County and Washington County Hospital and Clinics.
