The 2025 fall competitive grant cycle for the Washington County Riverboat Foundation opens soon. Area organizations can submit applications beginning Friday, August 1st. The WCRF Board of Directors distributes 75-percent of the annual donations it receives from the Riverside Casino and Golf Resort. There are four special interest areas for the competitive grants: community development and beautification, economic development, education and arts, and human and social needs.

Earlier this year during the spring grant cycle, the WCRF awarded $4,306,524. Since its inception in 2006, WCRF has distributed nearly $58.4 million in competitive grants and $17.2 million in municipal grants.
