
Thursday competitions at the Washington County Fair include the Market Beef Show, Clover Kid rabbit and poultry mentoring shows, and the KCTC bags tournament. A yearly favorite is coming back with the 4-H and FFA mud volleyball games being held south of the grandstand.
The presentation of Iowa 4-H Hall of Fame, State Fair and other Special Awards take place on the Lions stage, and immediately following the awards ceremony will be the Bucket of Junk auction.
The entertainment for the evening will be the Knocker Balls that will be west of the track. These are giant inflatable balls that both children and adults can get into and bounce off of each other.
The day will finish with the 4-H youth dance that is hosted by the County Council.
