The Washington County Board of Supervisors will be discussing a 28E Agreement for the Washington County Emergency Management Coordinator position on Tuesday. Supervisor Richard Young stated during their last meeting that a member of the Sheriff’s Office may be taking on the role. Currently, Washington County Sheriff Jared Schneider is filling in the role during the interim. 

Also on the agenda is the semi-annual report from the Treasuers Office, as well as the quarterly report from the Recorder and Auditor.  

There will also be a presentation from Community and Family Resources regarding funding for detox services for the residents of Washington County. 

The meeting is set to begin at 9 a.m. at Orchard Hill Building 3.
