June in Washington was warmer than normal and slightly above the mark for precipitation. According to the National Weather Service in the Quad Cities, the normal amount of rain in Washington for the sixth month of the year is 5.17 inches. Last month, Washington received nearly 5.3 inches of precipitation.

The overall average temperature in June was observed to be 72.8 degrees, about two degrees above normal.

On the year, Washington’s average temperature has been 45.2 degrees – about two degrees above normal.
