The Washington area community is invited to an Alive After 5 event Wednesday to recognize 100 years of service from the Washington Y’s Men and Women’s Club. The event is from 4-6 p.m. At the Washington Community YMCA location. The schedule of events includes a ribbon cutting with the Washington Chamber of Commerce at 5 p.m., a video from Deb Redmond, staff guided tours of the YMCA facility and a meal served by the Y’s Men and Women featuring their Washington County Fair menu of grilled pork burgers, chips and cookies.
