One person was taken to the hospital after a two-vehicle wreck in Riverside Wednesday. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 5:28 p.m. the wreck happened in the 3100 grid of Highway 22. The two drivers were Vicki Conaway of Grandview and a juvenile from Iowa City. Washington County Ambulance, Riverside QRS, and Washington County Sheriff’s personnel responded to the scene. One person was transported to the University of Iowa Hospital. The juvenile driver was cited for failure to obey a stop sign and failure to yield right of way.
