A Washington man is being held in jail on $100,000 cash only bond for drug charges. According to the Washington County Communications Office, at 4:12 p.m. police located 44-year-old Timothy Allen Rudolph in the 400 block of East Monroe Street. He was wanted on a warrant through Washington County. He faces four controlled substance violations and two failure to affix drug stamp charges. The charges follow a search warrant that was executed at 432 East Monroe Street in Washington by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office in February. Rudolph is in the Washington County Jail.
