Mid-Prairie staff will see an increase in compensation next year. Teachers, administration, directors, and central office staff will see a 3.06% increase in their compensation. A similar increase was approved for hourly support staff, and they’ll see a 3.08% jump. It was noted at the recent board meeting that the 3.06% increase is 1% higher than the new money percentage signed by the governor in February. The compensation package for the Home School Assistance Program staff is still being worked on, but should be ready by Monday’s meeting. The board approved the increase 4-0 with Gerry Kahler abstaining.
