The Iowa Mennonite School boys basketball team was recognized this week by the Southeast Iowa Superconference for their play this season.
Five Iowa Mennonite players were named to All-SEISC teams.
Nick Yutzy was a first team all-conference selection. Yutzy led IMS averaging 11 points per game. His 107 assists were best on the team and fourth best in the conference. His 71 steals were third in the conference.
Cole Ours was a second team all-conference selection. Ours averaged eight points per game. His 41 made three point goals were best on the team and fifth in the conference. His 93% at the free throw line, 28 of 30 on the year, was best in class 1A among players with at least 10 attempts. His 53 steals were eighth in the Superconference.
Cole Yoder was a second team all-conference selection. Yoder averaged 10 points per game. He finished the season with 105 rebounds
Reggie Borntrager was an honorable mention all-conference selection. Borntrager averaged seven points per game. He ended the year with 72 rebounds and 35 steals.
Caleb Gingerich was an honorable mention all-conference selection. Gingerich averaged four points per game. He totaled 55 assists and 15 steals.
The Iowa Mennonite boys ended their season with a 17-7 overall record.
