Two bridges will be replaced in Washington County soon. The Washington County Board of Supervisors approved contracts for design this week for the bridge on Orange Avenue over Camp Creek and the bridge over Dutch Creek on 275th Street. The current structures were built in the 1920’s and 1930’s and have weight restrictions set. Washington County Engineer Jacob Thorius said the bridges will be replaced in the 2017 construction season. The two contracts for design totaled just over $27,000.
