Celebration of Life Service for 62-year-old Richard “Dick” Leroy White of Wellman will be held at 11:00 am Thursday, November 13 at the Powell Funeral Home and Cremation Service in Wellman. Visitation will be Thursday from 9 until the time of the service. The Powell Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
