The Washington Demon cross country team will take very little time off from their first meet of the season on Tuesday.

The Demons will travel to Pekin and Wildwood state park tonight for a meet. Washington had a good showing from their teams at IMS on Tuesday, with many ahead of where they were last year.

Demon head coach Steve Roth said he knows how close it is to the last meet they ran, but that this will just be a really good workout.

The gun for the first race will fire at 4:30 at Pekin.
