New faces will soon be part of the Washington County Board of Health. In their meeting yesterday, the Board of Health, officially received a resignation letter from Lori Bauer effective May 30th. Bauer will be replaced by Virginia Bordwell. Bordwell previously served as a Washington County Supervisor. Also, Supervisor Jack Seward now sits on the board, taking the seat formerly held by former Supervisor Ron Bennett. Beginning July 1st, Dr. Trevor Martin will take the placed of Dr. Lloyd Holm.

In other business, the Board of Health discussed the progress of the septic system projects in Rubio and Richmond, had a building update, and discussed strategic planning for the future.
