A Louisa County man has been arrested on several felony charges, including theft and drug charges, following an investigation into a stolen UTV.

Zachary Dwaine Adcock, 30, of Muscatine was arrested on Tuesday, May 5th, following a search warrant conducted at 13265 135th Street in Muscatine within Louisa County borders. The search was in reference to a previous investigation into a stolen UTV in Louisa County last month, as well as felony firearm violations reports, harassment, narcotics, and outstanding arrest warrants.

As a result of the search warrant, authorities recovered a firearm, methamphetamine, and marijuana drug paraphernalia and product. Adcock was arrested following the acquisition of the evidence.

Adcock has been charged with a Class C felony theft in the first degree, Class D felony criminal mischief, Class D felony of felon in possession of a firearm, aggravated misdemeanor for third degree burglary, serious misdemeanor possession of a controlled substance, as well as simple misdemeanors for criminal mischief, possession of drug paraphernalia, harassment, and disorderly conduct. Adcock is currently being held in the Louisa County Jail on $25,000 cash only bond.

A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for May 18th at the Louisa County Courthouse in Wapello.
