Rowan Miller had himself a day, going under par to help the Hillcrest Ravens knock off the Lone Tree Lions on Thursday at Kalona Golf Course.

Miller posted a one-under 35, as the Ravens defeated the Lions 154 to 211. Miller had plenty of help, as the Ravens also got an even par outing from Jack Turner at 36. Other Ravens included Rylan Good at 41, Ethan Yoder at 42, Lawson Schrock at 46, and Matthew Chalupa at 53.

Hillcrest also received an automatic victory in the girls’ contest, as Lone Tree does not field a full team. Top Ravens included Claire Withrow at 50, Annika Schrock at 51, and Brynna O’Rourke at 56.

The Ravens will compete in a triangular versus Highland and Sigourney Tuesday, while Lone Tree will compete in a triangular against Winfield-Mt. Union and Highland on Thursday.
