Jennifer Todd has been selected as the new Washington Chamber of Commerce Community Engagement and Events Coordinator. 

Todd brings more than 20 years of experience in higher education, strategic communication, and community engagement. Most recently serving as Coordinator of Institutional Effectiveness at Cornell College in Mount Vernon, she has led initiatives focused on collaboration, communication, and continuous improvement.

Her background includes experience planning and executing large-scale events, managing communications across digital and print platforms, and building strong organizational partnerships.

Throughout her career, she has coordinated campus wide celebrations at Cornell College, regional conferences, and fundraising events. Todd holds a PhD in English with a focus on Composition and Applied Linguistics, along with graduate and undergraduate degrees in English and education. 

In her new role, Todd will lead community engagement initiatives, coordinate Chamber events, and support marketing and outreach efforts that strengthen the local business climate and enhance quality of life throughout Washington.
